مصاريف
يتم دفع رسوم الخدمات by لكل مشارك خطة دعم NDIS أو TAC فردية وفقًا لعدد الأيام التي تحتاجها للحضور في الأسبوع ونوع الدعم المطلوب.
التمويل الخاص مقبول أيضا.
قد تكون خدمات النقل متاحة من وإلى منشآتنا مقابل رسوم رمزية - يمكن تغطيتها من خلال تمويل NDIS / TAC الخاص بك (عند الاقتضاء) أو تمويلها من القطاع الخاص. يرجى الاستفسار عن مدى توفر هذه الخدمة عند تقديم الطلب.
الرسوم الأخرى التي قد تكون قابلة للتطبيق هي ؛

الأهلية
يمكن للبالغين (18 عامًا فأكثر) الذين لديهم إعاقة أن يطلبوا التسجيل في Axess Ability مع أي من المتطلبات التالية:

يعتمد عرض الخدمات في Axess Ability على مراعاة احتياجات كل فرد وقدرة مؤسساتنا على توفير الخدمات المطلوبة لتلبية هذه الاحتياجات ، بما يتماشى مع خطة الوصول إلى الإعاقة الفيكتورية وإدماجها 2021-2025.

Through shared activities, community engagement, and supportive relationships, we empower individuals to participate fully in society, develop friendships, and feel valued for who they are.
